In the current debate over how often and when women should have mammograms is the question of what to do before, in-between, and after being tested. How do we become one of those people who is less likely to test positive?
The answer is simple and universal: eat better, eat less, and be active. Do those things that healthy people do.
Stated another way. Eat what your ancestors ate. Prepare and preserve your food as they did. Avoid eating anything modern to avoid (or stem) modern maladies.
Find a culture where the condition that concerns you is unknown. Eat what they eat, prepare your food as they prepare it. Try to match their level of physical activity.
Locate someone over 100 and healthy. What do they eat? How much? Notice how much they weigh? Can you pattern yourself after them?
