Beet Kvass

For the more adventuresome among you I hope you will join me in investigating fermented food. I've been looking for a tonic that would compliment DetoX and found beet kvass which I have been experimenting with for the past few weeks. The following article gives the recipe and a great explanation in the form of questions and answers.

Beet kvass is a traditional Slavic drink which I found in a cookbook, Nourishing Traditions, by Sally Fallon. I highly recommend it to all who are interested in traditional health practices.
