I lost 5 pounds over the 4th of July
It's probably more accurate to say I lost the 5 pounds over the week which included the 4th. I was about to post a disappointing entry for the week because I failed to achieve my goal of detoxing 2 or 3 days before the 4th. Stuff kept getting in the way and I only managed to get in 2 half days. I can only attribute the 5 lbs to the fact that I'm eating very little meat and very little bread. My goal is 50 pounds in 10 weeks (this is week 2) and I'm very close to on track.
