what can I eat?

I am interested in trying your product. However, I am concerned about the fast. I am about 200 lbs overweight and am finally serious about doing “something”. Are there any solid foods that I could consume which would not hinder the detox process?

I was been on the master cleanse a few years ago and recently tried 2 other cleanses. The last one was from [name of product omitted] and was not good, I had to stop in the middle of it. I felt ill and had no energy. I was struggling with weight issues after the baby was born. She is 2 now and I am still 15 pounds overweight. I want to go on the master cleanse again in conjunction with your product, but am wondering if doing a cleanse after I just did one 2 weeks ago is healthy.

Whether or not cleansing at a particular time is healthy is not a question we can answer for you. You should do it only if it feels right and, if you feel uncertain, you should probably consult with a health professional

cleansing for fibroids

Very hungry - first time fasting - 1/2 cup of tea morning and nite - ate green salad/2 oranges. Will I still see results - at least 5/7 pounds after 4 days. Thanx

You will still see results. Are you drinking the lemonade? Try making a veggie broth. Go easy on the salad dressing and croutons. Hang in there.

lunchtime meal - lettuce and slices of chicken breast - vinegar and oil fruit at nite tea as of this am seven pounds no exercise but will that on saturday. thanx. the follow up question do need to rest for two days and begin again or can i continue my next pack

It varies with the individual. If you feel the "need to rest" then, by all means, do so. personally, I like 7 to 10 days of Detox in a row. Congratulations on the seven pounds.

Lemonade recipe

I went on your web page and read about your product. But what I was wondering in your article were you said some people use a honey lemonade drink to help with hunger. Is that just lemon juice and honey in it. If not could you tell me what it is made of. When I talk this over with my husband I think I am going to try your product.

Buddy answered:
2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice, 3 quarts distilled water (distilled preferred but you can use filtered, spring, or even tap water), and honey (preferably raw) to taste. The lemonade is more for cleansing than to curb hunger but it definitely helps with the hunger.

Shipping to Uganda?

How about 4 days on and 3 days off

But could you help me with this please:
What I was planning to do was take the tea for 4 days a week (M-Th), and follow the nutrition recommendations for the other 3 days (F-Su), and continue that for the duration of the next 5 weeks. Would this be a recommended thing to do? Would this cause any negative effect on my health?
Just curious as to your thoughts...

Some of our most successful (and disciplined) users have followed the schedule you suggest. That being said, you will have to determine the health impact of following such a rigorous schedule. My first detox experience was periods of 9, 7, and 5 days with 7 days in between each DetoX and I felt extremely good. I'm not suggesting that my schedule was better than your, just different.

Interfere with birth control?

You would have to ask your doctor or pharmacist that question. No reports of interference but lots of babies after DetoX.

DetoX is a fast and traditionally, one only drinks honey lemonade. Its easier than it sounds because most people are not hungry. If hungry, we suggest eating juicy fruits (watermelon, apples, grapes), raw veggies, or veggie broth.. In other words, start with the lemonade and add fruit if you feel hungry.

It varies with the person. The longest period for me has been 11 days. The first time I did it was for 9 days, I stopped for a week, did 7 days, stopped for another week, and did 5 days. I know people who have gone for 30 days and others who never go longer than 1 day per week.

Free pack with 2 cases?
