How about 4 days on and 3 days off

But could you help me with this please:
What I was planning to do was take the tea for 4 days a week (M-Th), and follow the nutrition recommendations for the other 3 days (F-Su), and continue that for the duration of the next 5 weeks. Would this be a recommended thing to do? Would this cause any negative effect on my health?
Just curious as to your thoughts...

Some of our most successful (and disciplined) users have followed the schedule you suggest. That being said, you will have to determine the health impact of following such a rigorous schedule. My first detox experience was periods of 9, 7, and 5 days with 7 days in between each DetoX and I felt extremely good. I'm not suggesting that my schedule was better than your, just different.
