Day 4

Busy day. I didn't drink enough lemonade and felt a little tired. Ate a fruit salad just to keep Alva company while she ate. 3 or 4 BMs; all were mucous with a neutral odor. Weight, 225. This is decision day about continuing (or not continuing) the fast and I've decided to keep going. Can't decide whether to set a specific goal (weight or number of days) or to just keep going until I feel like stopping.
