Day 3

Slept soundly for 10 hours last night but got up 3 times for BMs each of which was muddy with a neutral odor. Pretty uneventful day. DetoX upon arising and lemonade all day. 3 more BMs, mostly mucous, odor neutral. No hunger, no headaches. Weight 225 (Lexington)
